Cancellation, Refunds and Return Policy

At Organic Grocer, we believe in making your experience transparent, fair, and customer-first. We maintain strict quality checks across sourcing, packaging, and delivery. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your order, our policies are designed to support you.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation. You may write to our customer support team at support@organicgrocer.co.inor call us on +91 93455 00474 between 6 AM and 11 PM, any day of the week.

If your order is cancelled successfully within this window, the full amount will be refunded within 2–5 working days to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order confirmation may not be accepted, as processing may have already begun. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests only in the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Since our organic products have limited shelf life, all return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, including transit time. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

1.   Email us at support@organicgrocer.co.in with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of:

o   The damaged/incorrect product

o   The product label with batch number

o   The outer packaging

2.   Once we receive your request, we will process a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 4–7 working days.

3.   Please ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all labels, barcodes, and tags intact. The item must not be tampered with in any way.

4.   Once the return is received and inspected, we will either dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Successful order cancellations made within the approved window
  • Approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Failed deliveries due to wrong address, unavailability, or delivery refusal

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be required to share your bank details for NEFT transfer. Once processed, refunds will reflect in your bank account within 2–3 additional business days, depending on your bank.

We also offer the option of store credit through Organic Grocer Coupons, which can be used for your future purchases.

 

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery (including transit time)
  • The product has been used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging, tags, or barcodes are missing or damaged
  • The return is due to change of preference
  • The returned package does not include freebies or promotional items that came with it

 

Partial Returns

Yes, partial returns are allowed if you ordered multiple products. You may return individual items, provided each one meets our return conditions and includes all original packaging, labels, and any promotional items.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We have partnered with reputed logistics providers across India to ensure your products are delivered in the best possible condition. While we strive to ship orders promptly, certain factors such as location, weather, or courier delays may affect delivery timelines. An estimated delivery time and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
